Appointment Cancellation Policy: In the event you may need to cancel an appointment, you must cancel within 24 hours of the appointment start time. Failure to do so, will result in forfeiting the deposit charge of 50% for the booked service(s) and minimum $25 late cancellation fee. There is a full 100% charge for no-show. Appointment arrival after 15 minutes, will be considered a no-show. ALL SALES AND FEES ARE FINAL.
